Managed AWS operations, run on our own platform.
AXIOMIO is an AWS Managed Service Provider: one accountable team runs and secures your AWS under a signed SLA, with live Xops360 access from day one. Every AWS MSP has the badge; AXIOMIO also built the console, so you see what we see. AXIOMIO is also an AWS Advanced Partner, AWS Security Competency holder and Level 1 MSSP, headquartered in Las Vegas, NV.
Frequently asked questions
How is AXIOMIO different from other AWS MSPs?
AXIOMIO built the platform it operates with. Xops360 is our engineers' primary console, and your team gets live access to it from day one, so you see what we see. Findings become owned items on an SLA clock instead of a backlog.
What does AXIOMIO manage in my AWS account?
Everything inside the account: operating systems, middleware and containers, architecture continuity through staff turnover, an audit-ready security posture, and documented cost and capacity context. AWS owns the cloud itself, and you own your product.
Is it cheaper than hiring our own on-call team?
We do not quote a fixed saving, because it depends on your team and estate. A 24/7 rota has to cover nights, holidays and staff turnover; with us that is one contract, priced in the SLA proposal from your free assessment. The assessment's cost baseline also shows the cloud savings we would contract to, so you can compare like for like.
Do you need admin access to our AWS account?
No. Xops360 connects through AWS Organizations with read-only roles for discovery and scans. Changes to your resources are made as code, peer-reviewed, and follow your approval process where you require one. Every action is logged, and you can revoke access at any time with your own IAM controls.
We already have monitoring tools and a provider. Why switch?
Keep the tools that work: Xops360 sends findings to Jira or ServiceNow and our engineers work with your existing stack. What changes is ownership. One team is accountable under a signed SLA, findings go on an SLA clock instead of a backlog, and you see the same console our engineers use. Moving from another provider follows the same 30-day transition, with no gap in coverage.
Do you manage Azure or Google Cloud?
Managed operations are for AWS. Through Xops360 you also see Azure, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID in the same console, for cost, security and compliance. We do not offer managed operations on Google Cloud.
What does it cost, and what are the SLA response times?
Both are set per customer. The SLA proposal from your free assessment sets out response and resolution targets, pricing and service credits for your workloads.
How long does the transition take?
30 days from access to a signed SLA: discovery, architecture review, tooling and runbooks, then a shadow run and go-live. There is no change freeze and no gap in coverage.
Are we locked in?
No. Every change is delivered as code: version-controlled, peer-reviewed and owned by you.
