The Challenge

Being one of the largest providers of managed application hosting on secure and dedicated services across US, they are in a need of a trusted partner to help them support ever increasing needs of their clients.

The Solution

Axiom IO has designated a team of Windows Certified engineers who are dedicated for this account to help with the managed services. We have a standard SLA defined in place and team Axiom IO supports the end clients 24/5/365.

  1. We receive tickets in Zendesk ticketing system, we assign them to each resource and work on them as per client requirement.
  2. Tickets under Add to Accounts – we work on an average of 50 tickets per day
  3. A standard documentation is in place and we strictly adhere to it
  4. On a daily basis, we work on migrations
  5. Up-gradation on applications like QuickBooks and Sage etc.. needs to be performed as per customer requirements and a standard SLA.

Developed scripts for the sever deployments along with templates for the server builds.
